Situated 1km away from Kaloniktis, a village in the beautiful area of Rethymno, Villa Maria is built from wooden, stone and tile elements, giving the impression of a traditional old Cretan house on a 2000m2 green clad hillside.

The ground floor includes dining and living room with traditional curved furniture, cosy fireplace, satellite television and full-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
Under the balcony there is a dinner table, offering you the opportunity to enjoy a meal or breakfast with a wonderful view to the green hillsides and the river.
On the first floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a big balcony with breathtaking view.
The private swimming pool (3x7m long and 140cm deep) offers you the opportunity to relax, swimming, sunbathing while admiring the magnificent natural environment and listening to rare birds singing. Umbrellas, deck chairs and towels are available around the swimming pool.
Eva and Stratos, the discreet owners, live on the third level of Villa Maria making sure that you will have a comfortable and memorable holiday.
Villa Maria is a private area, with private outdoor parking place, enclosed by rare stoned fence and an automatic door.
The bedrooms include air condition and central heating, and offer accommodation from 2 to 5 persons.
